• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not share your account, sell it, or transfer it to another person.

CoinSniper is a directory and discovery platform for cryptocurrency projects. We allow users to submit and browse listings of coins and presales, run advertising campaigns and boosts, complete and create promotional quests, request audits and KYC verifications, and read editorial content.

We do not buy, sell, custody, or facilitate the trading of any cryptocurrency. We are not a broker, exchange, financial advisor, or wallet provider.

By submitting any content to the Service (a "Submission") you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to submit the content and grant the licences below.
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
• The content is accurate and not misleading.
• The project being submitted is not a known scam or fraudulent scheme.

You grant CoinSniper a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your Submission as necessary to operate and promote the Service.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, edit, reject, or remove any Submission at our sole discretion, including listings that are misleading, low quality, infringing, abusive, or that violate these Terms.

The Service offers paid features such as advertising banners, listing boosts, promoted positions, audits, KYC processing, and quest deposits. By purchasing a paid feature, you agree that:

• All payments are non-refundable once the associated service has begun, the listing or campaign has gone live, or the review/processing work has started, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated by us in writing.
• Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on-chain. We cannot reverse blockchain transactions.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing details and any taxes that may apply.
• We may change pricing at any time. New prices will not affect campaigns that are already live.

You agree not to:

• Submit listings or content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal.
• Impersonate any person or project, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Manipulate votes, ratings, snipe scores, statistics, or quest completions.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or abuse the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or its networks.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our team.
• Use the Service to launder money or finance illegal activity.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of any associated paid services, without refund.

All text, graphics, logos, icons, designs, and code that make up the Service (other than user Submissions) are owned by CoinSniper or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

"CoinSniper" and the CoinSniper logo are trademarks of CoinSniper. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, remove your Submissions, and forfeit any paid services without refund if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if your use of the Service poses a risk to other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by contacting us. Some provisions of these Terms (including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) survive termination.

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy , Disclaimer , and Quest Terms , make up the entire agreement between you and CoinSniper regarding the Service.
